Why
light?
It's a question
we first heard posed by Bill Locklin, the legendary founder of
Nightscaping®, and thereby the man most
responsible for the development of the low-voltage outdoor
lighting industry. Call it a "back-to-basics"
question. Before pulling out the catalogs and portfoliosand
looking at pretty pictures, before demonstrating fixture and
lamp effects, it's a question we like to ask our prospective
clients.
Why
light? The answers vary from one client to the next,
but it's a question that helps us to focus on how we can best
meet your needs and expectations.
Perhaps you're
the kind of person who has already done the research and knows
exactly what you want. If that's the case, we
can work with you to realize your lighting
dreams.
On the other
hand, we can probably suggest a lamp effect, a switching
option, or even fixture finishes you hadn't yet
considered.
Made In The
U.S.A.
Most of the lighting components we install come
from Nightscaping ®. Why? No one
else seems to have the combination of innovative
design, handcrafted product, and the ability to
produce truly customized fixtures like
Nightscaping®. They call it "mass
customization" and will can produce fixtures in
custom colors and materials and change
fixture dimensions or mounting options per our
requests. They are the company founded by Bill Locklin,
the man who invented low voltage landscape
lighting and helped found an industry. They are
located in Redlands, California and have beenm in the
business over 45 years.

We continue
to install and service equipment from other
reputable, American-made brands with reliable supply
chains and warranties. Those include Vista
and FX, companies also based in Southern
California.
In our experience,
FX continues to offer some of the best
quality powder-coated aluminum fixtures on the market,
machined from aircraft grade 6061 T-6
aluminum alloy. FX is located in San Diego,
California.

Vista
comes out with new, innovative designs on a regular basis
and are also very good at filling our orders
quickly. Vista is located in Simi
Valley, California
.
And, for the first
time this year, we will be offering new,
robust,
energy-efficient LED-based fixtures
from a Carlsbad, California company called DG
Lights.

For small water
features and streams or fountains in contact with or in close
proximity to pools or spas, fiber
optics are considered the safest lighting
available.
We are now
offering IlluminFX
fiber optic lighting systems.

luxury."
